The 2011 Sterling Group tour to Vietnam took place from 6 September to 14 September inclusive. Centres visited were Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. There were seven tour party members.
The tour party gave 54 lectures in 19 universities and public talks were given in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Once again, the British Council handled detailed arrangements and this year hosted dinners in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Local TV stations covered a number of events, including the public talks, and several press and television interviews were given.
