The 2007 Sterling Group lecture tour to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore took place from Wednesday 21 March to Tuesday 27 March inclusive. Fifteen of the 24 Sterling Group universities were represented in the tour party.
In Kuala Lumpur, 60 lectures were given at 15 venues, four of which had not been visited previously. Meetings were held with MARA, JPA and the IEM. In Singapore, 29 lectures were given at 13 venues – 11 Junior Colleges and one secondary school. Meetings were held with the PEB and the British High Commission.
Total audience numbers for this very successful tour came to about 6700 students.
